Watford reached an agreement to sign Gerard Deulofeu on a permanent basis from Barcelona , both clubs confirmed on Monday afternoon.
The Spanish forward joins the Hornets for a fee of €13 million (£11m/$15m) plus an additional €4m (£3.5/$4.7m) in performance-related incentives.

The Spaniard completes the move after spending the bulk of his career away from the Blaugrana. spending loan stints at Sevilla, Everton, Milan and Waftord before finally sealing a permanent deal with the Hornets.
