Morocco joins Egypt on their route home following a 1-0 loss to Portugal. The Moroccan conceded an early goal courtesy of a corner kick which was headed home by Cristiano Ronaldo.
All the African countries in the competition have lost their opening games until Senegal broke the deadlock yesterday beating Poland 2-1. only to see them take a nose dive once more with Egypt suffering a 3-1 defeat to Russia. Then, Morocco lost in the first game of today to the Portuguese team that played a 3-3 draw against Spain. It's left to be seen if the remaining African team will continue the nose dive or join Senegal and carry on in the Tourney.
