Inter Milan have signed Radja Nainggolan from Roma, the club have confirmed.
The Belgian midfielder moves to Inter after making 203 Serie A appearances for Roma, who he joined from Cagliari, initially on loan, in 2014.
Nainggolan will be reunited with coach Luciano Spalletti at San Siro – the pair previously worked together in the Italian capital – ahead of the Nerazzurri's return to the Champions League.
Meanwhile, Inter have confirmed they sold Davide Santon and Nicolo Zaniolo to AS Roma as part of Nainggolan deal.
Nainggolan joins Inter for an initial fee of €38 million with a 10% of any fee received by Inter - up to a maximum of €2m - in the case of a future transfer. Santon joins Roma for a fee of €9.5 million and Zaniolo joins Roma for an initial fee of €4.5 million.
As part of the agreement, Inter retain a right to 15% of any transfer fee - should Zaniolo be sold by the Giallorossi in future.
